An atmosphere of pride and satisfaction is present in the Danish company, Logitrans A/S! The company has received the diploma for extraordinary environmental work for the third time – a very outstanding recognition of the environmental efforts, given by the Environmental Network of the county of Ribe (Miljønetværk - Ribe Amt). 

“We focus very much on our environmental impacts and the working conditions in our company, and we are therefore very proud that we have received the recognition from the Environmental Network of the county of Ribe again”, says Dorte Pedersen, Quality and Environment Manager at Logitrans A/S. 

The Environmental Network of the county of Ribe is a voluntary cooperation between companies, institutions and authorities in the county of Ribe, focusing on a sustainable environmental development in the county. Different projects and activities have been started up – and all have focus on the strengthening of the environmental work of the companies and authorities. 

Logitrans has received the diploma due to extraordinary environmental efforts, and has prepared an environmental statement, including details about the environmental policy of the company, key figures, objectives and action plan of the company. The Environmental Network of the county of Ribe concludes that the environmental statement of Logitrans contains important environmental facts about the production of the company and that the objectives and action plans of Logitrans are based on the principles of a more clean technology. 

Logitrans, manufacturing pallet trucks, highlifters, stackers and a various number of optional extras, has since the foundation in 1940 expanded to an international company with divisions in France, Germany, Belgium, England, Norway, Sweden and New Zealand and dealers in more than 35 countries.
