Balance, energy and positive bottom lines
The balance between work and home life (the work life balance) is very much in focus for the time being.
The reason is that many people – on all organisational levels in the companies - experience a lack of balance between their important life elements: Family, friends and work. But unfortunately many people forget themselves. To perform our best and to find energy and happiness in all situations, it is very important that we are conscious about our values and our stands in life and that we make our choices on this basis.
More and more companies are getting conscious about work life balance. This is very advantageous, as examples from different companies show that this is visible on the bottom line of the company, on the days lost through sickness and on the customer and employee satisfaction.
The balance is present when our important life elements add energy to each other. Enjoyment, happiness and well-being belong together. In our daily life we are influenced by all areas. In our work life it is important that we have good social relations and that we feel that our choices and our orders of priority are understood. The way of organising the work place and the way we carry through our work are also essential to our well-being. The bad energy returns to us like a boomerang. The good energy – after a good day with a high performance – returns to us tenfold!

The Logitrans highlifter can be mentioned as a product which gives the user an ergonomically good and safe working experience – and thereby a happy and satisfied working day!
Goods can be moved and lifted to a correct working height with the highlifter. From an ergonomic point of view, the working position of the user is optimum all the time and the strain of arms and back is minimised. The handle has ergonomically correct gripping angles and diameters, ensuring the user a relaxed grip. At the same time the highlifter is unique in the market – it can transport and lift loads of 1,500 kg up to the lifting height of 400 mm. Above 400 mm the lifting capacity is 1,000 kg.
Social responsibility is important…
Since the foundation of Logitrans in 1940, the social responsibility has been an important part of the Logitrans vision. This concerns the surrounding society and also the products and employee policies of Logitrans. During the recent years, Logitrans has received several awards, e.g. “Environmental Diploma”, “Award for being a company with a human and open attitude” and awards for unique product solutions, being beneficial to the working environment and making the users happy and satisfied. Logitrans always focuses on ergonomics and optimum organisation of the work places, when developing new products.
